Returns
Returns conditions:
All items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt.
The customer is responsible for the fees related to return shipment.
Please submit a return request through the portal.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.
We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Refused items will be returned to you at your cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your item we recommend returning it then placing a new order for your desired item.

Order Changes/Cancellation
We're not able to accommodate order or address changes at this time, and suggest cancelling your order and placing a new one. To cancel your order, please contact us at hello@rahalondon.com asap with your 1) order number and 2) cancellation request, and we will do our best to accommodate.
